To fit ir not to fit
As a box truck, you may or may not have electronic injection. If you have mechanical injection, the double thermostat crossover will not fit without modification (cutting and welding the aluminum outlet).
Without a serpentine system, the HO water pump is not readily available. Most HO water pumps fit the counter-rotation system found on serpentine belt drives.
I would try the new radiator first. And maybe a 180 degree F thermostat (Prestone 370-180 or Mr. Gasket).
