Thread: Injector Warranty on LB7

I've heard many duramax owners comment on the 200K warranty on injectors in the LB7 duramax. I would like to know if my 03 chevy duramax has this additional 200K warranty, and if so what does it cover? the truck was purchased on 9-27-02 so it was manufactored in mid-2002. thanks

I believe only the injectors would be covered. It is on a case by case basis for the 03-04 LB7s. They are supposed to troubleshoot them just like the 01-02s. Check this thread out: http://www.thedieselplace.com/forum/...ad.php?t=45840

Read the last couple of pages. GM said they were going to cover the 03-04s the same, then they put out a new message. Your truck has to have the same symptoms as stated in the TSB for them to be covered.
